As per our stay and play policy, ALL out of town teams are required to book at one of the Premier Soccer Events host hotels. There are no exceptions to this policy. Teams not staying at one of the host hotels will be removed from the showcase. We have adopted the EventConnect booking system to handle all reservations.
After registering for one of the events above, you can block rooms on your team dashboard. After blocking rooms your team members have 10 days to pick up rooms before rooms drop. If you need to extend the time members need to pick up rooms please contact us HERE. Teams will be limited to blocking 15 rooms at any one hotel. Please DO NOT hold multiple blocks at different hotels as there are a limited number of rooms.
We have coordinated a range of options for you to choose from. We would recommend that you book the option that best suits your team’s needs ASAP as once selections are gone, you will need to choose from something else that is available. More hotel options may come online at a later date, but this is not guaranteed.
**Please note as you scroll through and look at hotels, on the map on each hotel booking pages it shows you driving distance to Newton Athletic Park, not Burnaby Lake West or South Surrey Athletic Park
All Boys teams will be playing at South Surrey Athletic Park in Surrey and are closer to any hotels in Surrey, Richmond and Langley.
All Girls teams will be playing at Burnaby Lake West in Burnaby and are closer to any hotels in Burnaby, Coquitlam and New West.
Both Boys & Girls will be playing at Newton Athletic Park in Surrey and are closer to hotels in Surrey, Richmond and Langley.
Both Boys & Girls will be playing in Richmond at Minoru Park and Hugh Boyd Community Park.
