IMMEDIATELY

  • Read all showcase information, including all rules and policies.

  • Register for the PREMIER SPRING SHOWCASE, PREMIER SPRING PRE-SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT or the PREMIER SPRING FESTIVAL HERE

 

UPON REGISTRATION

 

WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE EVENT

  • Out of Province Teams: Complete travel permits from Provincial/State Association 

  • Teams U15 and over - Mark sure  your players are completing their profiles. Information will be sent to all Team Managers - or email us HERE

 

WITHIN ONE MONTH OF THE EVENT​

  • BC teams needing SHORT TERM EVENT PLAYER PERMITS must have them in to BC Soccer by April 1st 2023 at the latest. Any BC players who are not registered with BC Soccer or do not have a STEPP will not be permitted to play. The form is available HERE

  • BC teams make sure you have received proper permission for all guest players playing with your team for the event. The form is available HERE  Once you have the form you can send it to us HERE

 

WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE EVENT

  • Showcase schedule will be released 7 - 10 days prior to the showcase start date. Schedules will be available on this website, on your team dashboard.

  • Submit your travel documentation on your team dashboard - for more information click HERE

  • Showcase & Pre-Showcase teams submit your team roster on your team dashboard  (Festival teams do not need to submit rosters)- for more information click HERE

  • Send field maps located HERE to parents/players. 

  • Check colour of opposing teams jersey. Home team changes colour in the event that jersey colours are similar. View opposing team colours HERE

  • Remind players to connect with college coaches about their game times.

 

WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE EVENT

  • Review your team schedule and remind players/families.
